MOTR is more than just a roller!
After positioning yourself in one of those positions, you can use the resistance bands and your own range of motion to work your arms, legs, abdomen, back, any part of your body. This is why having an instructor around is essential; they will need to explain each position. For an hour, the instructor will guide you through a series of positions for a full-body workout. With resistance from the MOTR and the additional challenge of balancing, you'll be doing variations such as crunches, lunges, and plank positions.
