Otherwise, we reserve the right to limit your access to the studio. Inform your instructor about any discomfort felt during or after the exercises.
  1. The studio's equipment is to be used only in the presence of a personal instructor.
  2. A session lasts 55 minutes, starting and ending exactly on the hour.
  3. Appointments must be made at least 4 hours in advance; please keep track of your appointments as the studio does not send reminders. Bookings can be made by phone or at the studio reception.
  4. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance, otherwise, the session is considered attended.
  5. The validity of subscription packages is 1 month for 5 sessions and 2 months for 10 sessions; subscriptions can be frozen for 2 weeks in spring-summer and another 2 weeks in autumn-winter. Inform the instructor in advance!
  6. For semi-private subscriptions, if one person cancels (less than 4 hours in advance) and the other still wants to attend, the session becomes private, and an additional 40 lei must be paid.
  7. Subscription prices are per person; VAT is included. Once purchased, sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  8. With each purchased subscription, you receive a free invitation for someone who has never been a client of the studio; if the invited person buys a 5 or 10 session package, you receive one free session.
