Regulations for the Organization and Operation of the Pilates Studio
We bring to your attention a few internal rules pertaining to the studio's policy, which we kindly ask you to read carefully!
If you have a health issue, are pregnant, or have any medical condition, please consult your doctor or obtain a certificate confirming that you are fit to exercise. Do not make false statements about your health; the studio is not responsible for any consequences arising from false declarations regarding medical issues. Otherwise, we reserve the right to limit your access to the studio. Inform your instructor about any discomfort felt during or after the exercises.
- The studio's equipment is to be used only in the presence of a personal instructor.
- A session lasts 55 minutes, starting and ending exactly on the hour.
- Appointments must be made at least 4 hours in advance; please keep track of your appointments as the studio does not send reminders. Bookings can be made by phone or at the studio reception.
- Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours in advance, otherwise, the session is considered attended.
- The validity of subscription packages is 1 month for 5 sessions and 2 months for 10 sessions; subscriptions can be frozen for 2 weeks in spring-summer and another 2 weeks in autumn-winter. Inform the instructor in advance!
- For semi-private subscriptions, if one person cancels (less than 4 hours in advance) and the other still wants to attend, the session becomes private, and an additional 40 lei must be paid.
- Subscription prices are per person; VAT is included. Once purchased, sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- With each purchased subscription, you receive a free invitation for someone who has never been a client of the studio; if the invited person buys a 5 or 10 session package, you receive one free session.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We adhere to legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data and implement technical and organizational measures to protect all operations directly or indirectly related to personal data, preventing unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as accidental or illegal loss or destruction. To respond to your requests for Pilates classes at the SHAYA PILATES studio of S.C. ZYNE MOOD S.R.L., registered with the trade register number J40.13159/14.09.2018, CUI 39871751, we collect customers' personal data, namely name, surname, address, phone number, and email address, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the European Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. We process your name, email address, and phone number to communicate with you in response to online, phone, or studio reception requests for Pilates sessions. Additionally, we process your name, surname, email address, phone number, and date of birth to create a member account through which you can book Pilates sessions. All these data will be retained for the duration of the collaboration between you and the studio for financial-accounting and fiscal records as required by legislation. We do not use personal data for automated processing or profiling. We never make automated decisions regarding you. We do not process data for secondary purposes incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected. We strictly respect and ensure the confidentiality of the processed data. We disclose data only to serve your interests or to fulfill legal obligations. Confidentiality is an essential value for us. To place a request, the client will provide the requested data and information online via message or phone; refusal to provide the requested information will prevent the studio's collaborators and administrator from recording and responding to the request. The studio administrator and collaborators are not responsible for errors made by clients in entering this data or for any false data provided by them. The client is obligated to provide accurate and truthful data, bearing full responsibility for the inaccuracy of the information transmitted to the seller. Personal data will not be sold, transferred, or distributed in any form to third parties or other countries, except when requested by competent public authorities, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to access and intervene on the personal data provided. In this regard, you have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, you have access to the data and the following information: Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. Additionally, clients have the right to rectify, modify, and update the processed data. Thus, you have the right to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes for which the data was processed, you have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement. You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you, without undue delay, and we have the obligation to erase the personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
- The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
- You withdraw your consent on which the processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- You object to the processing, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- The personal data has been processed unlawfully;
- The personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under European Union law or Romanian law.
