If you have a health problem, are pregnant, or have any medical issues, please seek advice from a doctor or provide a medical certificate stating that you are fit for sports activities. Please do not make false statements about your personal health condition; the studio does not take responsibility for any consequences arising from false statements denying medical problems. Otherwise, we reserve the right to limit your access to the studio. Inform your instructor about any discomfort experienced during or after exercises.
We would like to inform you about some internal rules regarding the studio’s policy, which we kindly ask you to read carefully:
- The studio equipment is to be used only in the presence of a personal instructor;
- A session lasts for 55 minutes, starting and ending precisely on time;
- Appointments must be made at least 4 hours in advance; please note your appointments, as the studio does not send reminder messages. Appointments can be made both by phone and at the studio’s reception;
- Session cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be considered completed;
- The validity period of subscription packages is 1 month for 5 sessions and 2 months for 10 sessions; Subscriptions can be frozen for 2 weeks during the spring-summer period and another two weeks during the autumn-winter period. Inform the instructor in advance!
- In the case of purchasing semi-private subscriptions, if one person does not attend the class for various reasons and cancels the session, regardless of whether it is considered completed (canceled in less than 4 hours) or not, if the partner wishes to attend the class even in the absence of the other person, turning the class from semi-private to private, a difference of 40 lei must be paid;
- The subscription price is per person; VAT is included, once purchased, sessions are non-transferable, and refunds are not provided;
- With each purchased subscription, you receive a free invitation for someone who has not been a client of the studio before; if the invited person purchases a package of 5 or 10 sessions, you receive a free session;
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We respect the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data and implement technical and organizational measures to protect all operations directly or indirectly related to personal data, preventing unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as accidental or unlawful loss or destruction. In order to respond to your requests for Pilates classes at SHAYA PILATES studio operated by S.C. ZYNE MOOD S.R.L registered with the trade register under no. J40.13159/14.09.2018 CUI 39871751, we collect the personal data of customers, namely name, surname, address, phone number, and email address, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. We process your name, email address, and phone number for communication with you regarding online, telephone, or studio reception requests for Pilates sessions. Also, we process your name, surname, email address, phone number, and date of birth to create a member account through which you can make reservations for Pilates sessions. All this data will be kept for the duration of your collaboration with the studio for keeping financial and accounting records required by the legislation. We do not use personal data for automated processing or for creating profiles. We never make automated decisions about you. We do not process data for secondary purposes incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected. We respect and strictly ensure the confidentiality of the processed data. We do not disclose data except for fulfilling your interests or legal obligations. Confidentiality is an essential value for us. To place a request, the client will provide the requested data and information online via message or by phone, refusal to communicate the requested information preventing studio collaborators and administrators from recording and responding to the request made. The studio administrator and collaborators are not responsible for customer errors in entering this data or for any false data provided by them. The customer is obliged to provide correct and truthful data, bearing full responsibility for the incorrectness of the information transmitted to the seller. Personal data will not be sold, transferred, or distributed in any form to third parties or to other countries unless requested by competent public authorities, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Your Rights Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right of access and intervention regarding the personal data provided. In this regard, you have the right to obtain from us confirmation of whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, access to that data, as well as the following information: Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed. Clients also have the right to rectify, modify, and update the processed data. Thus, you have the right to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes for which the data were processed, you have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement. You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following reasons applies:
- Personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- You withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place, and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- You object to the processing, and there are no legitimate reasons prevailing in relation to the processing;
- Personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- Personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on us under European Union law or Romanian law;
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY AND NEWSLETTER RECEIPT AGREEMENT
Only with your consent, for the good promotion of the activities carried out during Pilates sessions at the Shaya Pilates studio, certain exercises, elements, materials strictly related to Pilates will be filmed. The materials will be strictly used for informational and promotional purposes and will be published on: the website, blog, Facebook page, Instagram page, and possibly, in some media interviews. The images will not be used for purposes other than those mentioned above and will not be commercialized.
